Tony Villanova Snr of Wanneroo established the Wanneroo Tavern in September 1976. The tavern consisted of a Public bar, a lounge bar, a dining room and a Drive Thru which was situated at the south end of the building. In 1989 Tony Villanova Snr opened the new Bottleshop, the extension of the Public Bar, the Function Room and the 9 Motel Units. This is the way the tavern is currently operating by the new licensee Australian Leisure and Hospitality Group Pty Ltd, who purchased the venue in 1995. The Wanneroo Tavern is situated at 18 Dundebar Road, Wanneroo, we are open each day from 10am till late with food available from 11.30am. The Restaurant and Lounge bar are completely non-smoking and kids are more than welcome in these areas of the tavern. The lounge bar has a big screen plasma for easy viewing of all your favourite sporting events.
